Episode #1: Four Stages of developing leadership - How to grow self fulfilment

Today's session is one of my favourite topics: Leadership!

In this session I have taken a little bit of a non-traditional view on this very important topic.  I strongly support John Maxwell's view that "good leaders put their team in the picture. Great leaders make them the centre of the picture" - this is really powerful, don't you think?

In this session I also touch on the topic of followership or self leadership - an essential skill.

I share 4 stages of developing leadership of which self fulfilment is one.
